The final boss of this game is the brutal yokai - Otakemaru.Īs the game states, he is said to be one of Japan's three greatest yokai, aside from Tamamo-no-mae and Shuten Doji. This sequel to the hit ARPG by Team Ninja sports a hefty sum of 42 bosses (including DLC). Nioh 2 released on the 12th of March, 2020 for the PlayStation 4, and on the 5th of February, 2021 for PC as part of the complete edition re-release. If you take it slow, you’ll be able to beat him.Needless to say, there are spoilers in this article! Hold back, wait for him to lunge forward with a heavy attack, and attack while he’s recovering. Perform a Death Blow when he’s down! Play it safe to win the day here. Keep moving, and attack him when the swords start to stop - you’ll have a moment to get him before he recovers. In this form, he can rain swords from the sky. With Fire, he’ll stab the ground and create a small explosion, with tracking explosions. With Lightning, he’ll stab the ground and generate waves of lightning near him. The Ice Sword can summon a wave of ice projectiles that he launches. With his three swords, he’ll swap attacks depending on what sword he’s using. If you miss the Burst Counter, this attack can easily kill you. He’ll swing, then launch all of the swords forward. Remember in the Dark Realm, your magic energy recharges much faster, so unleash your summons often to put pressure on him.īeware his Burst Counter when he’s got all of his swords. Like all the other bosses, draining his Anima is a good way to deal a lot of damage. Watch for his Burst Counter - he’ll use two swords to attack, with one in each hand. Try to stay as high health as you can in the final 1/3rd of the fight. Watch out when his hands glow - they’ll lunge forward and unleash a grab that can insta-kill you if you’re not full health. He’ll summon four hands, each one holding a different elemental sword. Dodge forward to avoid the incoming strikes.Īs you lower his health, he’ll gain more swords. He can teleport instantly to close the distance, lunge forward with a lightning blast, or summon a huge stream of lightning in all directions. As a god-like Yokai, he uses his sword for powerful swings. It isn’t until you drop him down to 50% health that he transforms into his true, final form. The first forms are challenging, but they won’t be too tough for you. Meanwhile, Tokichiro will summon help periodically and send it down to help you fight. It changes into all three forms of your yokai - and unleashing different attacks depending on the current form. Instead of fighting him for real, you’ll take on your Yokai Shift form. Interrupting the strange ritual, you’ll absorb the yokai behind all this. He’s here to help! With William, you’ll fight your way to the true final boss – a legendary Yokai that’s much more difficult than he seems. I guess once you’ve reached the end, you can’t rely on that easy-win button any longer. Oh, and your Yokai Shift is practically useless in this battle. His attacks rapidly change with his alternate swords, so you’ll need to memorize a wide variety of attacks to win. And, like other Yokai, he can summon a Dark Realm to fight in. You’ll be slowly cutting down Otakemaru’s final 50% for most of your time fighting him. The boss takes far, far less damage when you reach the 50% mark. But, there are some dirty tricks in this fight. Unlike other Dark Souls boss fights, you won’t have to deal with extra phases or unexpected health bars. What starts out as a surprisingly easy final battle quickly becomes overwhelmingly tough at the end. The trouble is, he gets progressively more difficult as the battle goes on. ![]() ![]() ![]() And weirdly enough, he really doesn’t seem all that hard when you first encounter him. ![]() The committee is due to report its final recommendations to the state legislature later this year for consideration. Separately, the city of San Francisco is considering its own reparations for black residents of up to $5 million. ![]() Through paying reparations, she implied, California could encourage the country as a whole to do the same. “I’m not sure if $20,000 can handle 400 years of oppression.” She went on to argue that even $230,000 might not be enough to account for the hardships of discrimination - even if black Americans came to California to escape segregation in other parts of the United States. ![]() She noted that the committee had limited eligibility to those who were descendants of American slaves, and added that there were other legacies of racial discrimination that played a role in present-day inequality. She said that there were many racists who had played a role in state government, including the first governor, and claimed slavery had been “allowed to exist” when laborers where brought in for the gold rush. Weber dismissed concerns that California had not been a slave state and had not had Jim Crow laws, as the South did. … And then you have an investment that is long term and not just a splash in the pan because it seems to be convenient for us to do so. ![]() Hopefully, the reparations would deal with changing our system so that our system becomes fair and have some sense of equity. It’s not about taking opportunities from other people, it’s about expanding the opportunities. The process of creating this whole task force … was to create some sense of equity and fairness in the conversation, to create an opportunity for this state to basically lead the nation in what needs to happen with reparations. Weber, the first black Secretary of State, was speaking to an audience at Sacramento State university. California currently faces a budget deficit of roughly $22.5 billion. As Breitbart News has reported, reparations could amount to $230,000 per recipient, though some claim even that will not be enough. A committee was formed to consider proposals for reparations and to make recommendations to the legislature. Gavin Newsom (D) in 2020, during the height of the frenzy around the Black Lives Matter movement. The state has been considering reparations under a law proposed by Weber, then in the State Assembly, and signed by Gov. Weber said that the Golden State can “lead the nation” by passing reparations for the descendants of black slaves.Ĭalifornia entered the Union as a free state on Sep. And, the value of homes and commercial property will plummet.Ĭalifornia Secretary of State: We Can ‘Lead the Nation’ on ReparationsĬalifornia Secretary of State Dr. Why? Because those expected to add tens of thousands to their tax bill will flee the State to protect the assets they have left. If we lead the nation in reparations, as the Democrats want, we will also be the first State to go totally bankrupt in a matter of months. This is just an excuse to steal from the middle class and investors and give to those who the Democrats think can be bought off with a government check for a minimum of $223,00-up to $5 million. Yet, some want to give away tens of billions of dollars in reparations due to slavery, though California came into the nation as a FREE STATE, NO SLAVERY. California also is proud to have the worst roads in the nation, failed schools, unreliable electricity and water. We lead the nation in percentage of people in poverty and raw number of people in poverty, over 12 million (more than the population of most States). ![]() You can hear the questions and the answers when Ian Bick joins the Ethan and Lou Show Friday morning (4/16/21). I'm not excusing his crimes, I'm just asking questions. In case I didn't make it clear enough, I believe I'm a brilliant interviewer. Since I don't trust anyone but me to ask the right questions, I think the time is right and the interview is worth doing. ![]() If the interview is done right, I may get the answers I want. More than anything, I'm a curious person. He sent us a link to the trailer and I decided it was time to get him on the show. ![]() It happened again, on Wednesday (4/14/21), this time Bick didn't wait for us to find out he was in the news or hear us talk about him. Since his release, it's gone something like this, Bick or Tuxedo Junction come up in conversation on the show, he sends a message to the I-95 Instagram account and offers himself as a guest and I ignore it. Ian has come up in our segments, especially when his crimes made it to the local papers. All I know about Bick is what I've read in the papers and the rumors people have shared with me, which is to say I don't know him.īick has reached out to me (my organization) several times. I co-host the I-95 Morning Show with Ethan and Lou (I'm Lou), it's kind of big deal in the Greater Danbury Area. I used to go to Tuxedo Junction with friends, and I have my memories but my Tuxedo days were well over by the time Bick took the reigns. The results are the results and he is the story for better or worse. The place and the memories people made there are bigger than one young man, or maybe they are not. Tuxedo Junction was a place where young people went to blow off steam since 1985 but now, the entire legacy is Ian Bick. The story of Ian Bick and his rule over Danbury's Tuxedo Junction will take centerstage in the show. The series consists of 10 episodes, each highlighting another unbelievable true crime story. HBO Max will debut a new true crime series called: "Generation Hustle" on April 22nd. The story of a young kid, handling millions of dollars, running a club and committing crime was bound to get the attention of TV or film producers and it did. Prosecutors say instead of the investor money going where he said it would, Bick used it as his own and covered losses with new investment dollars. I drank the Kool-Aid and I regret it to this day. I believed in the kid and I believed in his goals to revitalize downtown Danbury but he put me 20 years behind financially. The people who invested with him got neither, one investor had this to say about Ian Bick to the News Times in 2016: He was convicted of wire fraud and money laundering in 2016 and after serving time in federal prison he was released in 2019.Īuthorities say Bick would lure investors in with promises of healthy financial returns and a revitalized Downtown Danbury. The party did not last long, by the time he was 21 years old, Ian Bick was a felon. ![]() If you want to "roll your own", the OWC Thunderbay 6 will take six 3.5-inch hard drives. Most of the enclosures we're talking about here come with no drives. But, this isn't just a random list - we've used all of these, and recommend them to our readers. We're aware that there are literally thousands, if not tens of thousands, of options. SAN units and enterprise multi-homing network attached storage are topics for another day. For the most part, this article will cover advanced home users, small businesses, the "Prosumer" market, and the "Pro" workflow not including large groups needing simultaneously-accessible mass storage. And, unless you have an unlimited budget, with all priorities, assembling your own storage array is probably your best, and cheapest, choice.Īs a note, we're not looking at single-drive enclosures that deeply, and we've already picked some good network attached storage devices. The three are incompatible, though, so it's probably best to prioritize what's most important to you. In an ideal world, you'd like multi-gigabyte per second speed, in massive amounts of terabytes, and you want it cheap. 2018 Mac mini with Thunderbolt 3 Akitio Node Lite ![]() Lexington has recently instituted an inclusion committee of the Chamber of Commerce, Tederman said, to approach acculturation issues and to unify the community by including Hispanic and other ethnicities into the leadership of the community. The community recognizes there are very basic differences in cultures, but these may be unfamiliar to Lexington's newest residents, Tederman explained, and the results arising from simply not knowing how to use these features can widen the divide between cultures. The community would like to provide basic instruction on sanitation and using the features of a home appropriately, but there is no specific organization charged with providing this education, and no available dollars to finance such an effort. And because they were not placed in Lexington - rather, they moved to the community on their own - there is uncertainty about who is responsible for acculturating them. The Hispanic population is similar to the Anglo population in much of its culture, but the Somalis and Sudanese are dissimilar. If communication issues could be solved, acculturation issues would be easier to solve, too. Getting the right people in place to help with the communication barrier is a big issue with businesses, the hospital and schools as well, she said. There just aren't people in a town of 11,000 to translate stories into every language spoken by the community's newest residents. The Clipper-Herald has a monthly summary of stories translated into Spanish for the paper's Que Pasa edition, but with other ethnicities arriving, it is difficult to meet their needs as well. " Getting the right people in place to help with the communication barrier is a big issue with businesses, the hospital and schools as well.Ĭommunicating with the immigrant population is a challenge Lexington faces, she said. "I think if people were to know that, it would really help the image of Lexington." Lexington's sheriff does not blame the crime on immigrants he blames it on age, she said. Many of the new workers in Lexington are young, and statistically, most crime occurs in the 18-34 age group, she said. Lexington does have some crime, she said, but it is important to examine the demographics of the community before deciding that the crime is due to the immigrant population. There have been legitimate news stories out of Lexington in recent years, Tederman said, but when the stories are picked up by other papers, they can't resist inserting a phrase into the stories about the high immigrant population of Lexington, which may or may not be relevant to the story. There's a strong core group of lifelong Lexington residents who have accepted the immigrants and have worked hard at keeping Lexington thriving, she said. "People are people, and they may have an accent, they may be a different color, but I think we're all trying to do the same thing - work, raise a family, live together cohesively," she said. In fact, Lexington is a positive community, an accepting community, an ever-changing community, Tederman said. Most of the workers are Hispanic, but there are Asians, Sudanese and Somalis as well. They're judging the community based on the fact that it's a meatpacking town - home to Tyson Fresh Meats, which employs about 2,400 workers. She hears about what the community must be like, because people don't know the facts they believe what they hear. ![]() And countering outside perceptions of this community is one of Lexington's biggest challenges. Lindsey Tederman knows about outside perceptions of Lexington - she hears them not only because she's editor of the Lexington Clipper-Herald, but also because she doesn't live in Lexington, but in a town several miles away. ![]() But most of the business world is planted firmly in Microsoft's turf and as such they run Windows and use Exchange. guid.suppressAlarms and change it to true How to use Thunderbird with Outlook calendar, address book and mail Now type in the guid, find calendar.registry.Guid is the string after "calendar.registry" Look for a calendar by typing its name, write down its guid, or at least part of the guid.Open the config editor: Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Config Editor. How to ignore/suppress/do not show alarms on a calendar Install the SmartTemplate4 add on and use the following reply message heading:ĭate: %X:=sent% %A%, %B% %d%, %Y% %l%:%M%%p(3)% Restart Thunderbird How to simulate Outlook responses with Thunderbird Where random string is your Thunderbird profile identifier.
