![]() Merlyn and the God of Evil has been my go-to for most of the achievements and Chaos runs in this game. I ended up finishing the boss fight at full health as I could heal myself with each attach by more damage than the boss could deal to me. Another method is to use the tombstones that you can, sometimes, find in the dungeon. You have 60 soul points at the beginning, so with +20 you will reach 80. I keep multiple sets of gear, and swap on heavy armor sets prior to entering new floors, then change into stuff that activates upon revealing tiles or getting kills. There are two methods to get this achievement: The easier method is to get the God of Devastations third tattoo, that give +20 to max soul points. The player can also sacrifice various things at altars to pledge themselves to a god and obtain a stat boost. Try to increase your hit rate (you don't want to miss as you won't heal yourself if you miss) and get some +life upon revealing mist gear. Runestone Keeper is a roguelike video game developed and published by Blackfire Games, with the iOS version developed by Cimu. Some runs I will drop a single point into Strength if I get a good piece of gear that requires it and an event hasn't blessed me with it. I usually increase his stamina to 5 immediately, then focus on Intelligence. Merlyn starts with a 2 handed staff and does heavy damage off of the bat. I chose to use Merlyn and the God of Evil. Chain attack is better than the chance to bounce attack, in my opinion. For Runestone Keeper on the Macintosh, GameFAQs has game information and a community message board for game. Staffs with Chain Attack synergize extremely well with this strategy, too, as they will heal you for each enemy they hit. This makes the first few stages even more difficult with another hit to your maximum health, but the healing factor skyrockets since you a doing double damage and healing for half of it. His worship bonus causes all of your attacks to heal you by 50% of the damage cause, but in return you have -10 maximum health and cannot use off-hand items. I personally think that the God of Evil synergizes very well with this run. This makes the first few levels of the dungeon a bit of a pain in the butt as you'll be running with an extremely low maximum health, but as you level up and increase your max via other means it becomes much easier. This means that the damage you cause (be it from strength, dexterity or intelligence based weapons) will be doubled, but your starting life and the healing from Hearts of Life will be decreased by 50%. "Damage from Stats X2, Starting Life and Heart of Life effect decreased by 50%." For equipment I like + life upon revealing mist, +mana upon killing, rebound damage based on your armor. ![]() It adds to following modifiers onto the run that it is activated for: Whenever possible I use the God of Evil and focus on finding a 20 damage two handed staff. The event Mad_God is related to the god of Vengeance. You will randomly stumble upon and unlock various Runewords while delving in the dungeon. Warning: NEVER use the Immobile Assault or Medusa's Skull items that petrify enemies, they are treated as if still alive and you will take the penalty for failure. Recommend starting with this God then switching to God of War once you get healing equipment and the tattoos to take advantage of higher ATK bonus. Once you get healing equipment like Life from revealing mist or Life on kill, this rapidly loses its utility. Seems to be good for the first few levels of adventuring where the healing bonus tops off your life at the end of each Dungeon so you can pick up hearts and maximize life. ![]() Sacrifice to receive your mighty God’s blessing (and later betray him to check out his fury) A Challenging Experience - Prepare to have a tragic (not to mention permanent) death. This god is not suitable for being sneaky because it forces you to kill all the monsters in a given dungeon or pay a steep penalty. in library 3.7/5 English & 7 more 9.99 9.99.
